Exporting Contracts

Any user who has access to a contract can export the contract and lease components to Excel.

Alternatively, if the company code has been specified in the master agreement, users can also export the MLA and contracts under it, or export all contracts that they have access to in the application.

Note that by default, Excel exports are limited to 5000 items.

To export the contract:

  1. Load the required contract.
  2. Click Context Menu > Export Contract.
  3. When the file is ready, a notification will appear in the Notification Center. Click the notification to download the Excel file.

To export all contracts to which the user has access:

  1. Click Main Menu > Import/Export Information > Export Contracts.
  2. Select the System, Lease Area, Business Unit, and Company Code. Note that you can select a maximum of five company codes at a time.
  3. Optionally, you can use one of the following options to export specific activation groups (based on the filters previously selected):
    • In the Contract ID drop-down, select the required IDs (up to a maximum of 100).
    • Select the checkbox Use comma separated text as input and enter the required comma-separated IDs in the textbox.
  4. Click Submit.
  5. When the file is ready, a notification will appear in the Notification Center. Click the notification to download the Excel file.
