Default Directories
By default, Nakisa Advanced Analytics offers an Employee Directory, Position Directory, and/or Org Unit Directory for users to view all available records.
The following options are available for directories and search result pages:
- Change the directory view.
- Change which columns are displayed.
- Sort the records listed on the page.
- Use the filter panel to narrow down the data displayed on the page.
- Use the hierarchy search to select a position or org unit and only display data for objects that report to that position.
- Select a record on a search results page and open the Details Panel to view record details.
- Export the records to Excel.
To view the directories:
- Click the Main Menu
. - Click Directory.
- Click either Employee Directory, Position Directory, or Org Unit Directory.
