Diversity Analysis Overview

The Overview page displays charts to track and better understand how diverse and inclusive the organization is. The page is based on the Employee Dataset (i.e., employees' records valid as of today) with additional filters to only display active employees that are valid on the latest effective date.

You can use the following options to drill down or analyze your data:

Use the filter panel to narrow down the data displayed on the page.
Use the hierarchy search to select a position or org unit and only display data for objects that report to that position.
Change a dashboard to the equivalent search results page containing the data currently displayed.
Select a record on a search results page and open the Details Panel to view record details.
Export the records from the search results page to Excel for reporting purposes.

You can also customize the layout, which is only visible to you (and not to other users viewing the same pages). For information on how to use the dashboard toolbar and chart options, see About Dashboards.

To access the Overview page:

Click the Main Menu .
Click Diversity Analysis > Overview.

The following charts are available by default:

Chart	Description
Total Headcount	Total number of employees in the organization.
Average Span of Control	Average of managers' span of control.
Layer	Highest layer in the organization.
Depth	Highest depth in the organization.
Average Salary	Average salary of all employees.
Average Tenure	Average tenure of all employees.
Average Salary & Performance for Women	Average salary and average performance for women.
Average Salary & Performance for Men	Average salary and average performance for men.
Company	Headcount distribution by Company, Business Unit, Division, and Department.
Country	Headcount distribution by country.
Gender	Gender (Female/Male) headcount, as well as percentage in table view.
Ethnicity Talent Ratings	Average performance, potential, and risk of loss by ethnicity.
Management	Manager headcount distribution by gender.
Ethnicity Pay Gap by Gender	Average salary by ethnicity and gender.
Gender Pay Gap by Age	Average salary by age & gender.
Ethnicity by Salary	Headcount distribution by ethnicity and salary.
Gender by Salary	Headcount distribution by gender and salary.
Ethnicity Pay Gap by Performance	Relationship of average performance and average salary by ethnicity.
Gender Pay Gap by Performance	Relationship of average performance and average salary by gender.
Ethnicity Pay Gap by Management	Average salary by ethnicity for managers and non-managers.
Management Gender Pay Gap by Age	Average salary of managers by gender and age.
