Personnel Administration Dashboard

The PA Dashboard displays detailed analytics in the PA group to help you identify areas with data quality issues. Use the filter panel, search, and Details Panel to help you focus on the specific records with data quality issues.

The dashboard is based on the Data Quality Dataset (i.e., employees' records with data quality information for all effective dates) with additional filters to only display PA rules for active employees valid on the latest Effective Date. You can use the following options to drill down or analyze your data:

Use the filter panel to narrow down the data displayed on the page.
Change a dashboard to the equivalent search results page containing the data currently displayed.
Select a record on a search results page and open the Details Panel to view record details.
- Click on the business rule link to see how to correct the error and the link to the correction tool or ERP to perform the correction.
Export the records from the search results page to Excel for reporting purposes.

You can also customize the layout, which is only visible to you (and not to other users viewing the same pages). For information on how to use the dashboard toolbar and chart options, see About Dashboards.

To access the Personnel Administration Dashboard:

Click the Main Menu .
Click HR Data Quality > PA Dashboard.
