Mapping

Once the SuccessFactors connector is connected to your SuccessFactors instance, use the menu to open the Mappings page to load your mapping configuration. You can use the Resource Mapping to modify fields that will display in Nakisa HR Suite.

Note: Connection is automatically set to Success Factors.

Load mapping configuration into Nakisa HR Suite:

  1. From Connections and Mappings, use the dropdown menus to select a Connection and a Mapping.
  2. Click Load Mapping Config.

  3. Click Save

  4. Verify the SuccessFactors Resource Mapping.
  5. Once the Mapping configuration is verified, click Start Extraction.

    Note: If you are not using an out of the box SuccessFactors mapping template, or make any changes to the mapping template, save your mapping configuration before starting the extraction.

Once the mapping configuration has been loaded, the imported field mapping can be seen in the Resource Mapping section. From there, you can configure specific mappings. You can create, modify, and delete resource and field mappings. Expand individual resources rows to display details of the mapping. You can also create custom filters to include or exclude data being imported into Nakisa HR Suite.

Create New Mapping Resource:

  1. Click the plus sign on the Resource Mappings header.

    A popup listing unmapped Nakisa HR Suite resources is displayed.

  2. Use the dropdown menu to select the required resource and click Confirm to add the resource mapping.

Add a Resource Field:

  1. Select a resource and expand to display mapping details.
  2. Click + Add A Field on the bottom right.
  3. Use the dropdown menu to select a field to add, and click Confirm.
  4. In the mapping details page, use the dropdown menu to select a Resource name/Static Value and a Resource Field to map the new field.

Edit a Resource Field:

  1. Select a resource and expand to display mapping details.
  2. Under the Nakisa HR Suite Field column, use the drop-down menu to select the new field.
  3. Under the Resource name/Static Value column, use the drop-down menu to select the new resource name.
  4. Under the Resource field column, use the drop down menu to select the new resource field.

  5. Click Save.

Delete a Resource Field:

You can delete any resource field by clicking the delete icon . When prompted, click Confirm.

Note: You cannot delete the default fields generated when you create a new resource mapping, you can only delete the fields you create.

Note: You can delete an entire resource mapping by clicking Remove This Resource Mapping.
