Employee Search Views
Nakisa HR Suite offers an array of views for your search results on your organization's data. Use this section to enable or disable those views for your users and determine which of the views will open by default.
To Enable Employee Search Views:
Tick the checkbox for the desired view to On and click Save.
To Display Employee ID in Employee Standard View:
Toggle the Display Employee ID in Employee Standard View to on.
To set the default Employee Search View:
Select the desired default view (Standard, Table, or Analytic) from the drop-down menu and click Save. To view what data appears in each view, read the Nakisa HR Suite User Guide.
Create a New Employee View:
Click Manage Employee View Designer then click Create New Use the custom View Designer to create the new employee view.
To Edit Employee Views:
Click Manage Employee View Designer to show the custom employee views you can edit. Select the custom employee view you want to edit. Make your edits and click Save Changes.
