Vulnerability Scan

A value assigned to each employee to assess the company's vulnerability should that employee leave your organization. This value is determined by several metrics about the employee and the position that employee holds.

If the employee is considered a critical resource, the employee has a CR value of 5. If not, the employee has a CR value of 1.

If the employee’s risk of loss value is considered High, the employee has an RL value of 5. It the employee’s risk of loss is Medium, the employee’s RL value is 3. If the employees risk of loss is Low, the employee’s RL value is 1.

If the employee has a scarce skill, the Scarce Skill (SS) value is 5. If the employee does not have a scarce skill, the SS value is 1.

The employee’s performance rating is factored with the actual value (typically 1-5) that is assigned to the employee during review procedures.

The employee’s potential rating is factored with the actual value (typically 1-5) that is assigned to the employee during review procedures.

Calculation: (CR + Performance + Potential + RL + SS) /5

Note: If you are using Effective Dates in your environment, your Classic Nakisa HR Suite administrator will have set up automatic indexing of all of your effective dated data. (Out of the box, this is set to be done once a quarter, but your administrator may have changed that.) While this full indexing is taking place, the Vulnerability Scan analytics will show a value of 0. After the indexing process completes, the Vulnerability values will calculate and display correctly in Classic Nakisa HR Suite.
