About the Task Manager

Use the Task Manager to view the status of the queues that are used for the majority of the tasks and operations in the application.

The page should show the following:

  • Task Manager Status: CONNECTED (indicates that the application is connected to the Task Manager)
  • Lease Administration Status: CONNECTED (indicates that the Task Manager can access the application)

If the application and Task Manager are not connected to each other, follow the steps indicated on the screen to try to reconnect them.

Note that there is a separate queue for Elasticsearch.

The following categories and options are available:

  • Queues: The list of queues that are configured in the application, and/or running
  • Schedules: The list of tasks currently scheduled to be run
  • Tasks by Type: The list of different task types.
  • Overall Stats: The list of all queues and tasks.
  • Task Detail: Look up the details of a particular task.
