Viewing the Schedules
Users can view the financial schedules for the contracts to which they have access. You can also view information on transaction and event postings. The financial schedules are generated per unit, but can also be aggregated at the activation group level to provide a summary of all the units.
In the Reporting section, the Period Start Date and Period End Dates indicate the start and end of the period based on the Fiscal Year selected for the contract.
Note: If the contract is set up to use indexed currencies, the financial schedules are displayed in company currency instead of contract currency.
To view the financial schedules:
- Open the required activation group.
- In the Schedules section of the Navigation Panel, select the required schedules classification:

Note: Hover over the warning icon to view any schedule generation warnings.
