Modifying the Rent Table

Once a contract is approved but before it is activated, you can reopen it to modify information in the rent table. After the required changes are made, you can approve the contract.

Note: If the rent table is modified, the active associated Nakisa Lease Accounting Suite objects are reopened and must be approved and activated again according to your configured mode of operation.

If there is an active activation group, you cannot open the contract for modifications.

If you need to make modifications to your lease after the contract has been activated, you must create a contract version.

To modify the Rent Table:

Click Main Menu > Contracts and open the required contract.
Click > Open for Edits.
Make the required changes in the rent table.
Once all changes are made, approve the contract.
