Site Evaluation

The Site Evaluation tab allows you to manage and compare information for multiple sites related to the project. After creating a site, you can add up to ten existing sites to this tab. The information from the added sites is displayed side by side, making it useful for comparing potential sites or managing existing ones. For example, if you are considering a site relocation, you can quickly compare information from current sites with potential sites on a single page.

You can also create multiple financial scenarios to simulate different outcomes for each site added to the project. To do this, start a Financial Viability Analysis and create a new scenario, where you can enter new values without affecting the original site data. Once finalized, you can set the scenario as the default, which will then be displayed in the Site Evaluation table for side-by-side comparison.

Once added to the page, each site has a tag indicating its current status. The tag is displayed next to the site name in the table and is set to "Shortlisted" by default. When you have chosen the final site for the project, set its tag to "Selected."

Once a site is marked as selected, you can generate associated premises and locations in Nakisa Portfolio Management Suite by clicking the "Finalize Selection" drop-down and filling in the required fields. This process creates and activates the location and sets the premises to draft status. After generation, the site status changes to "Active," and a clickable link to the premises appears next to the site name.
