Succession Planning
You can use Nakisa Org Chart Suite for succession planning. Succession planning lets you create a group potential immediate replacements for a position, should it become available.
You have two approaches to defining successors:
- Looking at a position, and the employees that can be successors for it.
- Looking at an employee, and defining their succession plan.
The successor and succession information can also be viewed in employee and position directories, but the fields must be added to the default table layout and filters.
Note: Succession Visualization and Succession Assignment settings must be enabled in Admin to view and manage this page. Note that if you are managing succession data in Nakisa Inc., this information is not synced with any HRIS or ERP systems, even if succession data was originally extracted from these systems.
