Creating New Pages
You can easily create new dashboard and search result/directory pages in Nakisa Advanced Analytics. Note that only you can see the new pages that you create.
To create a new page:
- Click Main Menu
> Create > New Page. - In Page Type, select whether you are creating a dashboard or search result page.
- Select the Page Dataset used for the page:
- Employee Dataset: Employee records that are valid as of today's date.
- Historical Employee Dataset: Employees' records for all effective dates.
- Position Dataset: Positions' records that are valid on the latest effective date, closest to the current date.
- Historic Position Dataset: Positions' records for all effective dates.
- Org Unit Dataset: Org Units' records that are valid as of today's date.
- Historic Org Unit Dataset: Org Units' records for all effective dates.
- Data Quality Dataset: Employees' records with Data Quality information for all effective dates.
- Gender Equality Dataset: Employees' records with Gender Equality information for all effective dates.
Note: If the page is edited, the dataset cannot be changed.
- In the Page Name field, enter the title (up to 50 characters) that appears in the Main Menu and at the top of the loaded page.
- In the Category drop-down, select the Main Menu category under which the page will appear.
Note: You can add both dashboard and search result pages to the Custom menu category.
- If you are creating a dashboard page, select whether you want users to be able to switch to a search results page by enabling the Search setting.
- Click Create Page.
- Load the new page:
- Configure the filter panel.
- For a search results page, click
to switch to the dashboard view. - Add charts to the dashboard.
To delete a custom page:
- Load the custom page.
- Click the page options
and click Delete Page.
