Mass Operations Profiles

Mass operations profiles allow you to specify which contracts to use for the job based on a defined set of filters.

The Profiles page lists all the profiles you have access to.

Mass operations profiles are used in the following jobs:

• Batches
• CPI Mass Indexation
• Financial Planning Reports
• Mass Percentage Rent
• Mass Transition Management
• Mass Contract Versions
• Accounts Payable Batches

To create a profile:

1. Click Main Menu > Mass Operations > Profiles.
2. Click New Profile.
3. Enter a Name for the profile, and optionally add a Description.
4. Click Filter by Contract to select one or more contracts for the profile instead of using filters. This option can be changed later in the profile, if needed.
5. In the Filters section, use the filters to narrow down the list of contracts. Once a filter is selected, click Preview to update the list.
6. Enter any additional Notes.
7. Click Save.
