The Details Panels

Click an object in an org chart to access the Details panel for that object. The details open in a new tab next to the org chart, or in the second pane if you are viewing Classic Nakisa HR Suite in two-pane mode. The Details panels contain additional information about the selected object.

Source Chart Details Panels

The following table lists the sections of the Details panels in your source and describes the type of content each section may contain. The elements you see will be determined by:

  • the type of organization you have
  • the type of object you select
  • and the type of Classic Nakisa HR Suite license your organization purchased
  • the fields you have access to based on your role
  • if your database has data for any of the fields in a given section (if there is no data in a certain section, the entire section will not appear in the Details panel)

Section

Description

Account Assignment Information

Can include data about the business area, controlling area, personnel area and subarea, cost center data, information about the legal entity and business unit, the division, and the department. This information can be found on Org Unit objects and on Position objects.

Additional Employee Information

On Position objects, this section can include data specific to the employee, such as employee ID, name, and contact information; performance and potential ratings; employment status; employee class; whether or not the employee is considered a critical resource or has scarce skills; salary; gender; demographic data; and tenure; disability and FTE status; and other items. On Employee objects, this section can include the selected employee's risk of loss, scarce skill and critical resource indicators, performance and potential ratings, employment status, an indicator if the position is part time, salary and demographic information, tenure data, other names the employee may be known by, their main language for communication, disability status, and FTE counts. This information can be found on Position and Employee objects.

Additional Position Information

Can include advanced data about the position, including vacancy, bench strength, and successors available; if the position is a key position; pay grade; salary gender scale ranges; the employee group and subgroup; the hours per week the position calls for; and FTE counts. This information can be found on Employee and Position objects.

Analytics

Contains the analytic values for the employee and position analytics for the selected org unit or position, based on your environment. This information can be found on Org Unit objects and on Position objects.

Custom Information

Contains information that your administrator added as a custom field or in a custom view.

Employee Information

Can include information about the person currently occupying the position, including the employee ID, name, and contact information, with embedded links to email or chat with the employee. This information can be found on Position objects.

Employee Pool Name

Includes a listing of any Employee Pools this person has been assigned to. This information can be found on Employee objects.

Employee Timeline

A timeline of significant HR events for the employee, including hire dates, promotions/demotions, title changes, transfers, risk of loss, potential, performance, and whether or not the employee is a critical resource or has a scarce skill. This information can be found on Employee objects.

Managed Org Units

Includes the name of any org units that are managed by this position. This information can be found in Position objects.

Manager Information

Can include information including the manager(s) of the selected Org Unit, position and org unit names, and contact data. This information can be found on Org Unit objects.

Legal Manager Information Includes the information about the Legal Manager of a position. Lists the Position ID, abbreviation and name, as well as location and description information. There can only be one functional manager per position.This information can be found on Org Unit, Employee and Position objects.
Functional Manager Information Includes information about the Functional Manager (dotted reporting relationship) of a position. Includes all the same information as the Legal Manager Information. This section will list all Functional Manager relationships.This information can be found on Org Unit, Employee and Position objects.

Org Unit Information

Contains data about a selected org unit in SAP environments. Such information could include the Orgunit ID, abbreviation, name, and description; department indicator; company code; city, and country, among other items. This information can be found on Org Unit objects.

Temporary Assignment

Includes information related to Account assignment, additional position information and additional employee information.for a position being filled by a temporary assignment. This information can be found on Org Unit, Employee and Position objects.

Leave of Absence (Inactive Employees) Includes the status of the employee, Inactive or Inactive.

Position Information

Can contain data about a selected position. Such information could include the position ID, abbreviation, and name; city, region, and country; org unit name, if applicable; an indicator if the position is a managerial or staff position; and the position description. This information can be found on Employee and Position objects.

Position Pool

Includes a listing of any Position Pools this position has been assigned to. This information can be found on Position objects.

Profile

Can contain specific information about a selected employee. This information can include the employee ID, the employee's name, and contact information with embedded links to email or chat with the employee. This information can be found on Employee objects.

Recognitions

Shows recognitions they have received from their peers. This information can be found on Employee objects.

Social

Shows the employee's skills, education, certifications, and languages. This information can be found on Employee objects.

Staffing Assignments

Can include the job abbreviation, job name, job area, and job family; an indicator if the job is regular or temporary; and the functional and business area for the position. This information can be found on Position objects.

Succession Plan

This section contains information about the positions in the organization that an employee can be an immediate successor for. This information can be found on Employee objects.

Successors

This section contains a list of employees that can succeed in the position once the position becomes vacant. This information can be found on Position objects.

Succession Pool

This section contains a list of succession pools the employee is part of. This information can be found on Employee objects.

The following table lists the sections of the Details panels in your scenarios and describes the type of content each section may contain. The elements you see will be determined by the type of organization you have, the type of object you select, and the type of Classic Nakisa HR Suite license your organization purchased.

Lists the position information for the employee that is filling the position on a temporary basis.

Employee Pool Name

Includes a listing of any Employee Pools this person has been assigned to. This information can be found on Employee objects in OOSP and SSP environments.

Manager Information

Can include information including the manager(s) of the selected group, position and org unit names, and contact data. This information can be found on Org Unit objects in OOSP environments.

Org Unit Information

Position Information

Can contain data about a selected position. Such information could include the position ID, abbreviation, and name; city, region, and country; org unit name, if applicable; an indicator if the position is a managerial or staff position; and the position description. This information can be found on Employee and Position objects in OOSP and SSP environments.

Position Pool

Includes a listing of any Position Pools this position has been assigned to. This information can be found on Position objects in OOSP and SSP environments.

Profile

Staffing Assignments

Can include the job abbreviation, job name, job area, and job family; an indicator if the job is regular or temporary; and the functional and business area for the position. This information can be found on Position objects in OOSP and SSP environments.

Structure

This section illustrates the employee's place in the overall structure, identifying who the employee reports to, the employee's peers, and the employee's direct reports. This information can be found on Employee objects in SSP environments.

Successors

Includes the employees who are considered successors to this position, with their ranking and readiness. From here, you can add all of the successors to the Compare module, or assign a successor from the Node menu. This information can be found on Position objects in OOSP and SSP environments.

Vulnerability Scan

Contains the Vulnerability Scan, Exit Risk, pay grade differential, and trends data for them employee. This information can be found on Employee objects in OOSP and SSP environments.
